I’ve proudly called Tucker home for the past 20 years. Originally from Connecticut, I moved to Georgia for school in the 1990s — and ended up staying for good. My husband, Todd, and I have been married for 20 years, and we’re the proud parents of Caitlin (THS ’26) and Ryan (THS ’28). If you’ve spotted me at Tucker High School, there’s a good chance I was either heading to or coming from a basketball game (Go Tigers!).

For the past 25 years, I’ve worked at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where I currently serve as a Management Officer. Public service has always been important to me, and I feel fortunate to have spent my career contributing to the meaningful work done at CDC.
Outside of work, I’ve enjoyed serving my community through leadership and volunteer roles with local PTAs and PTOs, the Junior League of DeKalb County, and the League of Women Voters of Georgia. One of the most rewarding experiences for me was spending many years as a Girl Scout troop leader, helping young people grow in confidence and leadership.

It has been a privilege to work alongside so many dedicated people through the Tucker High School Foundation. I encourage everyone to learn more about the Foundation and the incredible work it does to support our students, school, and community.
